I have spent the last 20 years in the US Army. I have met some great people and done some pretty cool things. I am proud of my service, but also excited to try something new!
Since I have spent most of my adult life in the military, most of the skills I have picked up come from my background as a Soldier. Leadership, problem solving, taking care of people, and teamwork are some of the most valuable things the Army helped me develop and improve. I love working in a team environment and thrive under pressure. I take great pride in my teams success and try to own any failures. I wouldn't have it any other way. I have recently taken up coding and built my first App. It's just a simple app to help veterans understand the disability math and what to expect for compensation. It's free on Google Play and the iStore!
I am a man who has enjoyed a lot of hobbies. I became a professional photographer for a while. I did that to help out junior Soldiers and young people who probably wouldn't have a photographer at their wedding due to cost. I have turned my garage into a pretty sophisticated workshop for woodworking and created some really nice pieces to give to friends. I have competed in a men's physique competition, taught myself to speak Arabic, to play the guitar and I remodeled my entire house by myself. I am all over the place. I love new things, especially if they are challenging and I can help others.
